NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE Notary Certificate is mandatory on or after 15 Feb 2017. Each Notarial Certificate cost $75 (fixed statutory fee) and SAL Authentication fee of $86.50 (collected by us on behalf of SAL. Every Notarial Certificate is required to be authenticated by SAL.
To authenticate the Notarial Certificate by SAL, you may bring it to SAL yourself, or if you require our SAL Service, we charge a service fee.
